If your donation exceeds the specified limit amount indicated in the description info of your donation choice, please send a note when you fill out the donation form, and request an additional mailer. Please keep in mind, that if you need more than 2 mailers, you should choose the donation choice of “Sizable Item Donation”.

For all donation choices except “Sizable Item Donation”, a prepaid return slip(s) will be sent to you along with the specified amount of mailers for your donation size. You can adhere this prepaid return slip to the mailer once you have packed your items and drop it off at your nearest agent. For Sizable Item Donations, we will arrange a day and time that works best for you, and a messenger will pick up your donation and deliver it to us. All freight/delivery costs for donations will be covered by LSH.

Absolutely! As a show of appreciation for your donation, we will send you a 20% discount code for you to use towards a future order. For every donation round you make, you will receive a 20% discount code. Additionally, when you make a donation, you automatically become a member of the LSH community, which provides you with several perks such as exclusive access to “First Peeks” of new inventory added to the platform, as well as early access to sales. Once we have received your donation we will inform you via email and let you know that the items have arrived to our facility. Within 5 days of receiving this confirmation email, we will send you an itemized list (including photos) detailing each of your donated items for your reference. At that time we will also let you know if there are any items which we cannot sell, giving you the opportunity to receive the item back for your own use. After you receive this email, you will have 5 working days to change your mind about any of the items you have donated. For any items you wish to have returned, we will arrange the shipping back to you, but you will be responsible for the freight costs.

Any items which cannot be sold, and you do not wish to have retuned for you, will be donated to Goodwill or sent for recycling.

Yes we do! We accept menswear items in size M and up, & size EU 48 and up. For shoe sizes, we accept size 41 and up.

The 20% discount code you will receive when you make a donation is valid for 1 year, counting from the day you receive the code. You will receive a 20% discount code every time you make a donation, but the codes cannot be combined when making a purchase. They must be used separately.

As long as the item is in excellent condition and made from good quality fabric, yes, we do accept donations of fast fashion. Currently, most of the brands offering extended sizes happen to be fast fashion brands, so it is virtually unavoidable to not have such items in our range. As the industry slowly changes, and we see more and more brands (medium to hight end) offer extended sizes, and more items from brands which already specialize in extended sizes being donated, we hope to keep fast fashion items to a minimum.
