General

These terms apply to all orders submitted to Livistid Second Hand & Remakes’ online store at www.livstidsecondhand.com (hereinafter referred to as the online store) and cover all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into online with Livstid Second Hand & Remake, hereinafter referred to as LSH. We recommend that you read these terms in full before placing an order. As these terms may be updated and vary from time to time, please read the terms before each order you make in the online store.

A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from LSH to the e-mail address you have provided. If an article happens to sell out before your status has been updated correctly in the online store, LSH will notify you of this via e-mail. We can then suggest another item or cancel the order in question and give you a refund for the purchase. If incorrect price information has been displayed in the online store, you will have the opportunity to either buy the item at the correct price or cancel the order. LSH reserves the right to refuse or revoke a purchase agreement for fraud or other acts similar to fraud, e.g. illegal use of another person's credit card, is suspected.

  • Occasionally there may be information in the online store that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions regarding product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time and without prior notice (even after you have submitted your order) and to change or update the information or cancel orders if any information in the online store is incorrect.

  • The prices in our online store constitute the total price but do not include shipping costs or any payment fees. Since we only ship to locations within Sweden, the currency will be displayed in Swedish Krona (SEK).

    Coupons or discount codes are single use, only valid per person, and can only be used within the specified time period. Coupons and discount codes cannot be combined.

  • There is 0 VAT added to our items due to LSH being exempt from VAT according to the “provisions on exemption from value added tax.”

  • Payments are made in Swedish kronor (SEK). Payment can be made by credit or debit card. LSH reserves the right to check the cardholder's address and the validity of the card. LSH also reserves the right to refuse a purchase.

  • LSH accepts and processes orders in the order in which they arrive to the online store. After LSH has approved and confirmed your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you used to register your order. Your order will be delivered to your personal address or at the location of the agent where you specified to have the package delivered to at the time of your order placement. Normally, and depending on your chose method of delivery, the time for delivery is 1–5 working days (Mon–Fri) for deliveries within Stockholm, and 3-5 working days (Mon–Fri) for deliveries to all other regions within Sweden.

    All shipping costs will be stated in the purchase order, so that the cost is clear to you before the order is completed.

  • Free if you pick up your order at our HQ, or arrange a Meet-up in Stockholm City Center where we hand deliver your order to you.

  • If a purchase that has been sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge a fee that covers the entire cost of shipping and handling. Uncollected packages are not normally covered by the right to return the items and the returned order.

  • If your order is delayed, you will be notified, including a new proposed delivery time, no later than 5 days after you submit your order. You can cancel the order if you do not agree to the new proposed delivery time. If your order has been delayed and the new proposed delivery time has been accepted, but the order has not yet been delivered within 7 working days after the new estimated delivery time, you can always cancel the order by informing our customer service. If such a delay occurs and you choose to cancel the order, we will refund the prepaid amount to you. If the order has already been sent out, you must return the ordered items to receive a refund. We will pay for the return cost.

  • All items sent are insured by LSH. If you discover damage to the package before opening it, you must report this to us via our direct email deliveries@livstidsecondhand.com and to the agent where you picked up the package as soon as possible. Be sure to include your LSH Order number and Tracking number in the body of the email you send to us. If items that have been damaged during transport and cannot be used, LSH will provide you with a prepaid return label which you can use to return the item(s) to us. Once we receive your returned items, we will refund you no later than 15 days after receiving the items.

  • You have the right to return your items within 14 days of delivery if the reason for the return is accepted by LSH. Returns are SEK 63 which you will be deducted from the refund of the returned item(s).

    The condition for the return to be approved is that the returned items must be in essentially the same condition as when they were sold, i.e not having been worn for any length of time, not possess any stains, abrasions, or damages which were not present at the time the item(s) were sent for delivery.

    If you wish to return something to us, make sure to contact our Returns department at returns@livstidsecondhand.com to let us know why you would like to return and item(s), and once your request is approved by LSH, we will email you a trackable shipping label which you can use to process the return. Please note that you have the financial responsibility for the return until it reaches us and therefore we recommend that you only use LSH’s selected labels and return service.

    If you prefer to return your item(s) with another delivery service, you must ensure that the package is sent with insured and traceable means of transport and that you keep a receipt for the delivery.

    You can also arrange to Meet-Up in Stockholm City Central and have your return picked up by us free of charge. Send us and email at returns@livstidsecondhand.com and we will contact you for a meeting time.

    LSH will refund the price of the article deducting the SEK 63 return fee (unless a meet up took place) as soon as possible, but no later than within 15 days from the date when the article was returned and received by us.

    The money for your return/return fee will be refunded/deducted to/from your original payment method.

    For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are only sold by LSH if they have never been worn by the original owner, and still have their original tags attached to the item(s). Therefore if you purchase these kinds of items via LSH’s website, they cannot be returned and or replaced if they have been worn, and if the original tags are no longer attached to the item.

  • All items for sale on our website are checked for holes, stains, damages or any defects before they are launched on the platform. All clothing items in our inventory are steamed, washed, and ironed (according to the proper care instructions for each individual item), and all shoe items are cleaned and polished. These steps are taken to assure our customers receive second hand items which are as good as new.

  • LSH carries out quality control on all products before they are sent out to customers in order to ensure that all products are carefully checked, meet and reflect the item description of the item which is displayed on our website. If you discover that an item is nevertheless damaged or otherwise incorrect, we will refund you for the item and send you a prepaid return label for you to return the item to us. If the damaged item was part of the order along with other items, the original delivery cost will not be refunded. You are urged to always examine your received products at the time of delivery and report any deviations from your order to us as soon as possible.

    We will refund you as soon as possible, no later than 15 days from the date when the returned item has been received by LSH and we have been able to determine that it is damaged or otherwise defective. Always save your receipt. The money will be refunded to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card.

  • We can not guarantee that the colors displayed in the online store reflect the colors of the clothes in reality. The colors can be displayed in different ways depending on, for example, your computer or mobile screen, the graphics card and the device settings.
